This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture robust, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and overall success of campaigns.
• Organize and facilitate client touch-base meetings to ensure alignment on campaign milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Engage in strategic discussions with cross-functional teams to enhance influencer selection, messaging strategies, and campaign performance based on analytics and evolving client needs.
• Assist in pinpointing the most suitable influencers for each campaign by leveraging clinical expertise, audience demographics, and platform performance to create impactful content.
• Manage influencer contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and proper documentation within Medfluencers' proprietary database.
• Support the execution and renegotiation of contracts while ensuring that all agreements, updates, and relevant data are accurately recorded in the CRM.
• Monitor and manage all campaign-related contracts and agreements, including SOWs, NDAs (for both clients and influencers), brand deal agreements, and usage rights documentation.
• Review all content delivered by HCP influencers to ensure alignment with client briefs, campaign messaging, and brand guidelines.
• Guarantee that all influencer content undergoes a comprehensive compliance review, including Medical Accuracy using PULSE tools, MLR/PRC regulatory review via our partner ProPharma, and FTC advertising compliance.
• Track all applicable campaigns for AE/SAE compliance following Medfluencers and/or client pharmacovigilance protocols.
• Coordinate campaign progress and maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients and influencers throughout each campaign lifecycle.
• Deliver weekly updates to clients that include content status, upcoming deliverables, risks, and high-level performance highlights.
• Collaborate with Creative, Operations, and Strategy teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely execution of deliverables.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
• Report on key success metrics, audience engagement patterns, and insights on content performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate tracking and communication of influencer payment schedules to the finance team and VP of Digital Opinion Leader Services to maintain precise financial reporting.
• Oversee timely and accurate processing of influencer payments in collaboration with the finance team.
• Assist in tracking invoices and maintaining organized documentation for all financial obligations related to assigned campaigns.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer relations, communications, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous experience with healthcare or medical influencers is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and project management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com) and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with podcast production, email marketing, and PR outreach is advantageous.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client expectations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and across EST business hours, with occasional extended hours for special events or deadlines.
