This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Serve as a strategic partner for established clients by delivering consistent and insightful advice tailored to their specific needs.
β’ Foster and maintain strong relationships through proactive collaboration and a deep understanding of customer objectives.
β’ Conduct regular business reviews with customers and proactively address any issues to improve satisfaction.
β’ Gather insights from various sources to comprehend stakeholder priorities and challenges.
β’ Work in conjunction with the Sales Development Manager ID, Health System Executive, Distribution Field Managers, and Regional Business Analyst to secure early renewals and counter competitive threats.
β’ Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at value expansion and profitability.
β’ Identify and enact operational enhancements to promote customer success.
β’ Utilize sales metrics and standardized tools to document the sales process and influence purchasing decisions.
β’ Bachelorβs degree.
β’ Over 4 years of demonstrated success in medical sales, preferably in the diagnostics field.
β’ Extensive knowledge of laboratory and point-of-care environments, health system operations, and health economics.
β’ Willingness to travel within the designated territory (4 days a week, with up to approximately 35% overnight travel).
