This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Develop and implement strategic territory and account plans to drive ongoing growth within the allergy and autoimmunity portfolios.
• Meet sales and activity objectives through effective planning, customer engagement, and the execution of territory strategies that enhance patient outcomes and foster business growth.
• Oversee a comprehensive sales pipeline from prospecting to closure, concentrating on customer retention, expansion, and growth.
• Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in primary care, secondary care, and laboratories to aid in the development and enhancement of patient pathways.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of the territory.
• Lead tender responses and manage negotiations, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
• Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain timely reporting of activities and opportunities within Salesforce.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitor trends and offer actionable insights.
• Proactively contribute to the annual AOP process and cultivate relationships with local key opinion leaders.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, industry events, and educational workshops while ensuring adherence to quality management systems and processes.
• A BSc degree or higher in Biology, Clinical Biology, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field is preferred.
• Equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
• Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical devices sectors.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
• Proven background in leading tenders, negotiations, quotations, and contract management.
• Experience in building relationships with healthcare professionals, laboratories, and key opinion leaders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient pathways, and laboratory processes.
• Exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong capabilities in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• A customer-centric approach with the ability to foster trusted relationships.
• Highly organized with excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
• A full clean driving license.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal.
