Account Manager, Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee, expand, and cultivate revenue opportunities within a designated territory.

• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at fostering growth through comprehensive product and market knowledge.

• Enable effective communication with customers by aligning their requirements with suitable STEMCELL products.

• Carry out daily sales activities, including responding to technical support inquiries, processing quote requests, conducting site visits, and following up on orders.

• Provide assistance with technical support and troubleshooting by leveraging a professional knowledge base and experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Immunology or a related scientific field.

• Preferably, experience with STEMCELL’s main product lines, associated technologies, or relevant customer markets.

• Experience in technical laboratory settings, such as flow cytometry, immunomagnetic cell isolation, and primary immune cell culture is preferred.
