This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and capitalize on revenue upsell opportunities within a designated book of business.
• Collaborate with Renewals Managers to define renewals for growth and execute a strategic and timely renewals process within your designated book of business.
• Assume full responsibility for all commercial activities within your assigned book of business.
• Create business opportunities through partnerships with SDRs, CSMs, RMs, professional networking, client account blueprints, customer MQLs, and more.
• Enhance brand visibility, execute TSO campaigns, and generate leads.
• Achieve and surpass all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets from your first quarter in role.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
• Work closely with the Customer Success Team to gain a comprehensive understanding of client engagement and adoption.
• Formulate and execute a territory business plan in collaboration with sales leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate account and pipeline opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com.
• Proactively oversee a book of business and strive to meet or exceed upsell objectives.
• A seasoned, customer-focused Account Manager or Account Executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and surpassing targets within an existing customer base.
• Over 3 years of experience in software sales & a BA/BS degree is highly preferred.
• Strong preference for experience in Human Capital Management sales, including HRIS, compensation, talent management, and benefit technologies.
• Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales goals.
• Familiarity with the assigned territory/accounts is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage performance effectively.
• Exceptional professional presence and business acumen.
• Experience selling to "C" level executives (CHROs preferred) and other HR personas such as Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
