This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients through phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Serve as the main customer liaison for designated accounts.
• Perform customer discovery and organize follow-up training sessions (cold calling).
• Implement and execute strategic sales initiatives to enhance revenue growth and market presence.
• Travel to locations to deliver exceptional training to healthcare providers.
• Collaborate effectively with Customer Service to address inquiries, issues, and complaints.
• Transform prospects into engaged customers.
• Represent CEFALY Technology at trade shows and medical conferences.
• Create new leads and ensure accurate contact information is maintained in Salesforce.
• Accountable for sustaining and increasing territory-specific account targets.
• Oversee and manage designated territory accounts throughout the entire sales process (prospecting, connecting, training, closing, follow-ups).
• Adjust to changing business needs and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a medical, life sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
• Required medical sales experience, including work with medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales, or prior clinical exposure.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience in medical sales or in a patient-facing clinical role.
• Demonstrated comprehension of clinical settings and medical terminology.
• Established relationships and work history with medical institutions in Boston or nearby areas is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in using a CRM system; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Capable of navigating remote customer environments and facility endpoints.
• Educational background or exposure to Biology, Anatomy, Neurology, or medical devices is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with migraine treatment, clinical settings, or medical terminology is beneficial.
