Account Manager – Healthcare Advertising

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the primary daily contact for clients, fostering trust and proactive relationships with client teams.

β€’ Transition the team from a reactive approach to a proactive one, anticipating client needs before they escalate to urgent requests.

β€’ Clearly convey client briefs and feedback to internal creative, copy, and design teams.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the dedicated studio Project Manager to ensure projects remain on course and aligned with client expectations.

β€’ Oversee high-volume social media content workflows across two dynamic accounts simultaneously.

β€’ Guarantee that all deliverables adhere to brand standards and meet regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

β€’ Work in tandem with the Account Director and studio team to achieve client objectives.

β€’ Maintain clear and proactive communication among internal teams and client stakeholders.

β€’ Assist the senior account team with budget monitoring and financial oversight.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry is a strict requirement.

β€’ Proven experience managing high-volume social media campaigns, particularly within a regulated or compliance-focused environment; this is a key skill for this position.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive setting while actively enhancing proactive client engagement.

β€’ Strong capacity to interpret client requests into coherent, actionable creative briefs for internal teams.

β€’ Exceptional communication skills β€” both written and verbal, including proficiency in Slack and Microsoft Teams.

β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams without losing focus.

β€’ Availability to travel up to 20% for client collaboration.
