This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Actively seek out, pursue, and finalize new customer accounts within the designated territory or market segment.
• Assess incoming leads and perform outbound prospecting through focused outreach, events, referrals, and campaigns.
• Guide discovery processes, solution positioning, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity qualification.
• Work in collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to advance and secure new-logo opportunities.
• Monitor and manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle using CRM tools.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of ongoing customer accounts after the sale.
• Cultivate strong relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure successful implementation, consistent engagement, and measurable customer value.
• Proactively manage renewals, identify potential risks, and mitigate churn.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues and achieve results.
• Recognize and finalize upsell opportunities (additional users, licenses, storage, features, services).
• Promote cross-sell opportunities across VIDIZMO’s product offerings.
• Expand within current customers by engaging new departments, teams, subsidiaries, or business units.
• Formulate and implement account growth strategies for strategic and high-potential accounts.
• Develop territory and account plans that align with customer objectives and market conditions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and executive check-ins.
• Maintain precise CRM data, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights on needs, gaps, and competitive trends.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to guide roadmap and positioning.
• Exceptional English communication skills are essential.
• Experience in the US market is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, business development, or product marketing.
• Proven track record in selling and positioning SaaS-based IT solutions/products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and consistently meeting revenue targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to improve efficiency and output.
• Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration experience and a sense of ownership.
