This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main point of contact for current groups, fostering positive relationships while enhancing group satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in both virtual and face-to-face client meetings throughout Florida to strengthen ties with groups, conduct educational sessions, and offer enrollment assistance.
• Spearhead renewal conversations, negotiating terms and pricing to promote retention while aligning business goals with client needs.
• Anticipate potential challenges to group success and work collaboratively with internal teams to devise strategic solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and enhance the overall group experience.
• Manage the resolution of escalated issues by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Join a forward-thinking, rapidly expanding team.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management within the health insurance or employee benefits sectors.
• Proven history of effective account management and client retention.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the greater Jacksonville/Tallahassee, FL area.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach, and excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Current Florida State Health and Life insurance license in good standing is preferred.
