This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily management of the Sephora business across the US, Canada, and the UK, gradually taking on greater responsibility for retailer communications and follow-ups.
• Manage weekly and monthly sales reports, monitoring key performance indicators such as same-store sales, month-over-month/year-over-year performance, and SKU productivity.
• Examine sell-through trends and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations to enhance growth and address sales gaps.
• Oversee and manage retailer exposure opportunities (FOS, endcaps, animations), maintaining visibility trackers and aiding in merchant presentations.
• Facilitate the complete execution of product launches and significant retail events across both dotcom and in-store platforms, ensuring consistency among marketing, operations, and planning.
• Keep track of in-stock levels and identify risks, collaborating closely with planning and operations to assist with replenishment and purchase order tracking.
• Aid in the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, sampling initiatives, and in-store activations.
• Collaborate across functions with marketing, creative, planning, and operations to guarantee smooth execution at all retail touchpoints.
• Perform competitive analyses and propose ideas to enhance assortment, positioning, and in-store visibility.
• Maintain strong internal alignment by proactively sharing updates, risks, and opportunities among teams.
• 3–5 years of experience in beauty retail, account management, or a related area.
• Direct experience within Sephora’s retail environment and operational practices.
• Required experience working with North American retailers; experience in supporting international markets is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret retail data and convert it into business strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; adept at handling large datasets and developing reporting tools.
• Experience in supporting retail marketing initiatives, product launches, or cross-functional campaigns.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to manage cross-functional relationships and ensure deliverables are met.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a tendency towards action and problem resolution.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
