This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Reside within the Western Ontario region (Windsor, Niagara Falls, Mississauga, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, Sarnia, etc.).
• Stay informed about industry market trends and identify potential leads.
• Conduct sales presentations, on-site demonstrations, and engage in cold calling across your designated territory.
• Sustain the existing customer base through regular contact, monitoring, and development efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to key accounts.
• Achieve all sales target performance metrics.
• Attend trade shows, training events, or other related activities as requested and necessary.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding activities and new sales pipelines.
• Essential to possess sales experience as a surveyor or within the Survey, Engineering (AEC), and/or IT sectors.
• A strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adept at thriving in a business development setting.
• Capable of identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Energetic, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for selling in a competitive landscape.
• Experience in recommending, presenting, and selling various products tailored to customer needs.
• Initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, strong drive, and excellent communication and computer skills are crucial.
• Willingness to dedicate 40-60% of time on the road (locally and sometimes overnight) to service and visit customers.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and business acumen.
• Valid driving license in good standing.
