This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with designated client accounts
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, issues, renewals, and account updates
• Assess client usage, adoption rates, and overall account well-being
• Recognize accounts at risk and devise action plans to enhance engagement
• Organize and conduct regular client check-ins, renewal discussions, and quarterly business reviews
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their goals, challenges, and workflows
• Spot opportunities for upsells, additional devices, training, integrations, or increased usage
• Work together with Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Support teams to address client concerns
• Log client activity, communication, and forthcoming steps in HubSpot
• Assist in renewal discussions and help sustain high retention rates
• Collect client feedback and communicate insights internally to enhance the product and customer experience
• Attain an expert-level familiarity with our current products and gain knowledge of our new products
• Travel to conferences, trade shows, and client sites as needed
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales
• At least 3 years of experience handling renewals and expansion opportunities
• Demonstrated success in meeting renewal targets and upsell quotas
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable engaging with clients frequently via email, phone, and video calls
• Capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities, and follow-ups simultaneously
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with learning and explaining software or technology products
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adept at managing challenging client conversations professionally
• Proficient in English; proficiency in French is required
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus
• Experience in delivering client presentations, demonstrations, or business reviews is advantageous
• Background in construction, steel fabrication, manufacturing, SaaS, or technology is beneficial
