• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the QSR sector, including teams in innovation, culinary, marketing, and procurement.
• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of Limited Time Offer (LTO) opportunities aimed at transitioning into permanent menu items.
• Position Ferrara brands as integral components within QSR platforms (such as beverages, desserts, bakery, and inclusions) rather than mere standalone offerings.
• Collaborate across functions to guide concepts from ideation through commercialization to national launch.
• Facilitate customer-facing innovation workshops, showcasing forward-thinking, insight-driven concepts that resonate with QSR menu trends and operational viability.
• Convert consumer insights and market trends into attractive, revenue-generating menu solutions.
• Formulate and implement joint business plans that align with the growth objectives of both Ferrara and the customer.
• Identify and leverage scalable platforms (such as frozen beverages, bakery, and LTO “collections”) that foster consistent growth across various QSR partners.
• Create and present executive-level presentations that effectively communicate the business rationale, potential rewards, and the path to scalability.
• Proactively spot potential risks and devise contingency strategies to ensure effective execution and ongoing growth.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, commercialization timelines, and financial objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally within the Foodservice or QSR sectors.
• Experience engaging with or selling to QSRs, restaurant chains, or foodservice operators is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing LTO programs or innovation-focused initiatives.
• Experience collaborating across functions with R&D, marketing, and commercialization teams.
• Strong financial insights with the capability to construct and present compelling business cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required to foster customer relationships and support business development.
