This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily relationships with key retail and e-commerce merchant partners.
• Assist in the onboarding of merchants, implementation processes, and ongoing initiatives for account growth.
• Collaborate across various departments, including Integrations, Product, Operations, and Marketing, to enhance merchant performance and resolve issues.
• Assess account health, perform performance reviews and QBRs, and pinpoint opportunities for merchant expansion and engagement.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and operational updates with partners.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with the Flex Pay product suite and feel confident explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor account activities and maintain well-organized reporting in the CRM system.
• Adopt a collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to support both merchants and internal teams.
• 8-10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, client solutions, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise-level accounts.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital retail ecosystems of varying sizes and complexities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience utilizing AI tools in daily operations to enhance productivity and communication.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with both business and technical teams.
• Tech-savvy, with the capability to work effectively with implementation teams.
• Quick learner able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
