This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key accounts in the facial aesthetics sector.

• Create actionable account plans, evaluated quarterly, that outline clear objectives and expected outcomes.

• Perform account plan assessments by analyzing sales data, customer segmentation insights, and market intelligence, and adjust the account plans as necessary.

• Concentrate on 'partnering', 'developing', and 'maintaining' customer segments as agreed upon with the sales manager and implement according to the call planning cycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed account management goals and sales objectives.

• Analyze customer purchasing trends monthly and keep them updated on their targeted levels in accordance with account APP or volume goals.

• Establish and nurture business relationships with key accounts, including prescribers/users, initiators, decision-makers, or buyers, and integrate these into stakeholder maps.

• Ensure account plans align with the cycle marketing strategy and promotional initiatives to facilitate rapid adoption within accounts.

• Diligently adhere to and implement the current marketing campaign using compliant support materials.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the patient journey to pinpoint potential sales and marketing opportunities, effectively communicating these prospects to the sales and marketing teams.

• Keep track of market trends through client networks, suppliers, and participation in industry meetings.

• Conduct market assessments and monitor product availability or related concerns for the sales and marketing team.

• Utilize the digital sales tool to effectively communicate key product selling points and clinical data.

• Fulfill third-line sales requirements as specified by the Medical Aesthetics portfolio strategy.

• Provide guidance on product support and direction in toxins and fillers in accordance with Clinical Medical Information and product information resources.

• Assist in promoting best practice consultations and patient assessments.

• Manage injector requests for clinical facilitation through the established VEEVA process.

• Maintain a high level of therapeutic knowledge regarding Allergan products, aging, and anatomy through the internal biannual certification program.

• Keep precise weekly records of all customer visits and maintain other pertinent customer data essential for addressing customer needs using the VEEVA system.

• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, training sessions, and other work-related activities as required.

• Ensure all sales practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Manage business expenses within the allocated budget and the Travel & Expenses Policy.

• Report any adverse events within 24 hours following Allergan’s policies and procedures.

• Support Allergan’s Quality Management System and internal auditing processes.

• Comply with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.

• Actively engage in Allergan’s WHS programs, adhere to policies, and promote a safe working environment at all times.

• Follow Allergan’s internal codes of conduct and compliance protocols.

• Perform other ad hoc duties, including administrative tasks, as requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare or a business-related field.

• Proven experience in account management planning methodologies, including stakeholder mapping, sales data analysis, account prioritization, and the sales cycle.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Experience in a medical device or specialty representative role within the medical device/pharmaceutical industry.

• Ability to acquire and maintain scientific product knowledge, relevant anatomy and physiology, as well as disease state knowledge.

• Demonstrates comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge and can engage customers on a variety of topics (e.g., new treatment options, research developments, conference subjects).

• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and managing resources to achieve goals.
