This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Account Management: Build and nurture robust, enduring relationships with current customers by serving as their primary point of contact.
• Comprehend their distinct business requirements and financial goals.
• Upselling Strategy: Evaluate customer usage trends and needs to pinpoint opportunities for upselling our financial technology solutions.
• Create and implement customized upselling strategies.
• Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, features, and updates.
• Communicate the value and advantages of our solutions to customers, aligning them with specific challenges and growth opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Work closely with customers to devise strategic plans that align our solutions with their business goals.
• Provide consultative advice based on industry best practices.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and meet upselling targets and revenue objectives within your account portfolio.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive actions to ensure steady growth.
• Customer Feedback: Serve as a liaison for customer feedback within the organization.
• Collect insights and suggestions from customers to guide product development and improvements.
• Contract Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with existing customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Market Awareness: Remain updated on industry trends, competitive developments, and market conditions.
• Utilize this knowledge to enhance upselling strategies and uphold a competitive advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in account management, ideally within the AP or fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of financial technology products and services.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret customer data and insights.
• Effective negotiation and contract management expertise.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of relevant prior experience.
• Knowledge of accounting (AR/AP), accounting systems, Credit/Treasury, and wealth management.
