
Account Manager – Enterprise Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with enterprise grocery partners throughout the United States, engaging with everyone from C-suite executives to store operations teams.
• Create and implement strategic account plans that align with partner objectives in sustainability, profitability, and adoption.
• Grow existing accounts by facilitating new store rollouts, pilot programs, and increasing program adoption.
• Conduct regular business reviews utilizing clear, data-driven insights and performance narratives.
• Perform store visits and provide in-person training to enhance execution and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, Customer Success) to ensure partner success and address issues.
• Identify barriers to adoption, training deficiencies, and performance challenges, and spearhead corrective action plans.
• Convert performance data into engaging insights and recommendations for partners.
• Act as the retailer's voice internally to influence product roadmap and prioritize decisions.
• Assist with renewals and contract expansions by presenting strong, data-supported business cases.
• Represent Flashfood at partner meetings and industry events.
• Cultivate internal advocates within partner organizations who support Flashfood.
• Establish and oversee a partner NPS program in collaboration with Product and Marketing to monitor satisfaction and loyalty.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise account management or partnerships.
• Proven experience working with large retailers; experience in grocery or retail technology is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of retail operations and the connection between sustainability and profitability.
• Experience in developing or managing partner NPS or satisfaction programs is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to leverage KPIs for decision-making.
• A passion for sustainability and reducing food waste on a large scale.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, and Asana is advantageous.
