This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Delivering an exceptional client experience to both current and prospective clients by promptly addressing requests, inquiries, and policy modifications in a professional manner.
• Recording all client interactions and communications in agency management tools and software systems.
• Overseeing daily client activities by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, HR managers, and other support personnel.
• Addressing service, billing, claims, and enrollment issues for clients.
• Managing carrier or administrative challenges as part of a client service team for client accounts.
• Investigating and resolving client issues in a timely fashion.
• Organizing, prioritizing, and completing daily responsibilities, including new business, renewal business, and ongoing service tasks for assigned client accounts, ensuring adherence to internal and external deadlines.
• Participating in internal renewal meetings.
• Coordinating the implementation of new coverage lines and carrier changes with the Client Manager.
• Creating employee communication materials such as benefit guides, brochures, flyers, and payroll stuffers.
• Reviewing booklets and contracts for accuracy and correcting any discrepancies.
• Requesting Schedule A’s for clients’ IRS Form 5500 submissions and preparing signature-ready Form 5500s.
• Assisting clients in finding required notices, such as the Medicare Part D Notice requirements.
• Ensuring data integrity within the agency management system.
• Collaborating with Service Support Specialists to equip HR managers and support staff with Gibson tools.
• Notifying Client Managers of escalated service concerns.
• Managing ResourcePro utilization.
• Serving as a backup for team members as necessary.
• Safeguarding confidential information.
• Carrying out additional duties and special projects as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable role within the insurance, risk management, or financial services sector.
• Life & Health license (or the capability to obtain the license within 3 months of starting employment).
