This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive net retention and growth across a portfolio of public sector accounts in EMEA by identifying upsell opportunities, prioritizing your accounts, and proactively addressing renewal risks.
• Take ownership of the entire renewal and expansion process for your accounts, from commercial negotiations to closure, with accountability for both retention and growth targets.
• Leverage account research and customer intelligence tools to prepare for each customer interaction, ensuring you have relevant context regarding each account’s priorities, operational environment, and changing compliance requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with both senior and working-level stakeholders within your accounts, ensuring continuity and deepening engagement over time.
• Keep accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce, providing your manager and cross-functional partners with clear visibility into account health, renewal timelines, and expansion possibilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Solutions Architecture to convert customer feedback into actionable insights and highlight high-priority themes across your accounts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SDR, Account Management, Customer Success, or a post-sale SaaS role, preferably supporting public sector clients in EMEA.
• Demonstrated quota responsibility for renewals and expansions, with a proven track record of managing commercial discussions from start to finish.
• Ability to operate across EMEA markets and cultivate relationships; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial crime compliance domains, such as AML, sanctions, and KYC, or a strong willingness to quickly learn in a highly regulated sector.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong customer presence with the capability to establish credibility with both senior and working-level stakeholders.
• Clear and direct communicator who promotes alignment on next steps and ensures nothing is overlooked in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Disciplined in maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce, utilizing data and account insights to guide commercial planning.
• Highly autonomous and accountable; you take ownership of your results, follow through on commitments, and proactively take the initiative.
