Account Manager, Educational Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with potential clients, including schools and school districts, to drive new business opportunities.

• Employ both traditional and innovative strategies to connect with new contacts at existing clients to promote and sustain Educational staffing services.

• Consistently generate leads through a high volume of calls and emails.

• Present suitable candidates for Educational staffing positions with our contracted clients.

• Build and maintain important relationships with prospective clients.

• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing their staffing needs promptly.

• Renegotiate contracts with clients to achieve mutually advantageous terms.

• Pursue continuous improvement and opportunities for career growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions for staffing fulfillment.

• Required direct experience in Educational Services Staffing.

• Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment.

• Minimum of 1 year as a top performer in a sales role.

• A client-focused mindset with a strong passion for customer service.

• Ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals and maintain meaningful relationships.

• Strong drive to achieve results and meet established goals.
