This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• The primary role of the Account Manager involves overseeing the management of assigned clients and their stores by strategizing, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns focused on enhancing conversions and sales.
• This position entails managing, supervising, and taking responsibility for the client-agency relationship for all designated clients.
• Responsibilities also include developing and implementing marketing strategies, facilitating client communications, preparing client reports, and conveying the marketing needs of clients to other team members.
• You will be tasked with providing your team with the necessary information to ensure that all marketing campaigns are effectively written, designed, and executed.
• As an Account Manager, your objective is to support your clients in achieving their revenue targets through the products and services offered by our company.
• The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers, the Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director, while collaborating with other departments.
• Mission statement: The primary mission of our Account Manager is to maintain a strong relationship with your assigned clients while ensuring our products and services yield satisfactory results for them.
• This role involves generating innovative ideas for clients’ marketing campaigns, tracking the performance of these campaigns, and maintaining open, productive communication with clients.
• You will lead teams comprising professional Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers’ Associates to guarantee the smooth execution of marketing campaigns for your assigned clients.
• Responsibilities include activities such as outlining the client's campaign calendar, briefing new campaigns, delegating creative tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
• General Responsibilities:
• Efficiently managing, supervising, and ensuring that the marketing campaigns for your assigned clients are executed and perform effectively.
• Cultivating and sustaining a strong relationship with your clients to promote peak productivity, open communication, and build trust between our clients and Hustler Marketing.
• Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies (including email campaigns, SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows) for your assigned clients, managing approximately 40 unique marketing campaigns monthly.
• Ensuring that the needs and expectations of your clients are effectively managed and met.
• Striving to enhance the results from email marketing for your assigned clients.
• Collaborating with team members to promptly address client requests.
• Working alongside a team of experienced marketing professionals in a productive and harmonious manner to guarantee the highest quality marketing campaigns for our clients.
• Maintaining continuous communication with your assigned clients, including leading and participating in regular meetings.
• Collecting and analyzing data to understand consumer demographics and trends to advance the clients' marketing agenda and achieve better results, setting new goals weekly.
• Regularly reporting on email marketing campaign performance for your assigned clients, including metrics like revenue generated from email marketing, top-performing campaigns, outcomes from A/B testing, and steps taken to enhance and optimize client revenue.
• Collaborating with the Service Department to uphold high work standards and ensure established targets for your assigned clients are met in relation to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Monitoring client churn closely (especially for your assigned clients) and implementing strategies to retain clients, with assistance from the Service Director.
• Troubleshooting and aiding with any issues related to client satisfaction and the performance of marketing campaigns developed and executed by our team.
• Demonstrating the ability to work effectively and productively with any type of client with minimal supervision.
• Engaging in various tasks as part of the Account Managers' team.
• Participating in Account Managers’ group calls.
• Involvement in training and skill-building sessions for Account Managers within the Service Department to enhance skills, performance, and overall expertise.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new services and products provided by Hustler Marketing.
• Continuously seeking to identify new opportunities for expanding services offered to clients through regular communication and relationship building.
• Utilizing data analysis techniques to create targeted campaigns for upselling our services to client segments and presenting these service offers to clients in an engaging manner.
• Persistently researching industry-wide best practices and standards and sharing findings with the Account Managers’ Lead, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director.
• Being available to assist with all internal service-related needs from other departments.
• Reporting directly to the Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director (in that structural order).
• Position Specs:
• Full-time commitment while adhering to our general availability for office hours.
• An average of 140 tracked hours per month consistently.
• A fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
• Obtaining contractor status upon signing our non-disclosure agreement.
• An exclusivity agreement (nullifying the possibility to work in a similar role while employed by Hustler Marketing).
• Commitment to a 30-day notice period following the initial two months (with the first two months serving as a trial-and-adaptation period paid at full rate).
• Regular performance evaluations every 9-12 months, with the first evaluation occurring after 3-6 months.
• Re-assessment of the role and workload after 6-12 months.
• A minimum of 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, including at least 6 months in email marketing (candidates with experience working with remote teams and those with account management or agency experience will be prioritized).
• A proven history of success in a leadership role is essential, particularly in guiding a creative team to deliver quality work that aligns with client needs.
• Must possess the ability to work independently without compromising on work quality.
• Highly accountable, responsive, and capable of meeting deadlines effectively.
• Strong aptitude for collaboration, problem-solving, and critical/analytical thinking, as these skills are vital in addressing client needs and resolving issues.
• A growth and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to accept and implement constructive criticism.
• Previous remote work experience is a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for clear and effective communication with clients and marketing professionals within our Service Department.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for working with clients and addressing any queries, complaints, or issues.
• Ability to learn and adapt swiftly, along with exceptional time management skills and high levels of focus, productivity, and efficiency.
• Any knowledge or experience in email marketing, e-commerce, or Klaviyo is a considerable advantage.
• Familiarity with managing time autonomously (remote work experience is a plus).
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time).
• Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• A stable internet connection and a laptop or PC are required, along with the ability to participate in virtual video conferences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Fluency in English is required, though it does not need to be your native language.
• Openness to receiving feedback and constructive criticism, as well as the ability to provide similar feedback productively to your team.
