Account Manager, DrChrono

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for designated customer accounts while ensuring the maintenance of current contracts.

• Professionally address urgent inbound calls from existing DrChrono customers.

• Manage and resolve complaints from customers within your assigned territory.

• Recognize and escalate critical issues, bugs, or suggestions for product features.

• Provide education to DrChrono customers regarding new product offerings.

• Arrange regular check-ins to maximize the effectiveness of customers’ DrChrono accounts.

• Diagnose issues and supply pertinent account information to clients.

• Onboard and train new clients on all facets of the DrChrono system.

• Uphold existing business relationships established by Inside Sales Representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce (Optional)

• Background in EHR / Healthcare (Optional)

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, GSuite, Docusign (Optional)

• Capability to convey product value and identify opportunities.

• Excellent organizational skills coupled with outstanding follow-through capabilities.

• Goal-oriented and data-focused.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Friendly personality that integrates well into a dynamic and innovative startup culture.

• One year of customer service experience (Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Ability to work remotely across various time zones.
