• Cultivate reliable partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation efforts of the DME Navigator.
• Work closely with clients to identify operational requirements and priorities.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client business necessities.
• Utilize performance reports and operational data to assess account health.
• Document and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
• Facilitate standard updates and changes for clients.
• Engage in client meetings and regular communication touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Service Operations team.
• Address client requests and handle escalations effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare account management or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and/or Network Management.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM platforms is preferred.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
