This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Support the Account Lead in crafting annual plans for clients.
• Ensure precise reporting for programs and projects.
• Aid the Account Lead in predicting client annual expenditures.
• Prepare comprehensive fundraising schedules for the year.
• Oversee the production management and design processes for various projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring proper approvals.
• Formulate preliminary project strategies.
• Draft orders for project lists.
• Create specifications for project packages.
• Supervise production vendors.
• Manage all timelines and deliverables for projects.
• Review memos, strategy briefs, copy, and artwork for client projects.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in project management, fundraising, advocacy, nonprofit, production management, or a related field.
• Required experience & knowledge: Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proven ability to utilize digital tools for managing both internal and external workflows and communications (including email, chat, Zoom, and online workflow tools).
• Basic understanding of production processes.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or advocacy.
• A competitive starting salary range between $60,000 and $66,000, with annual performance evaluations and salary reviews.
