This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Developing and overseeing a well-organized B2B sales pipeline
• Evaluating both inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Identifying potential clients and prioritizing commercial prospects
• Managing follow-up activities to ensure deals progress through the sales funnel
• Collaborating with the technical team to produce sales materials, summaries, and proposals
• Conducting discovery calls to gain insights into client requirements
• Assisting in contract negotiations and finalizing deals
• Nurturing relationships with both prospects and existing clients
• Recognizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Implementing organization into CRM systems, reporting, and sales workflows
• Tracking pipeline quality, conversion rates, and upcoming actions
• Collaborating closely with founders and technical specialists to ensure alignment between sales efforts and delivery capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or client-facing positions in IT / technology
• Proficiency in managing and structuring a sales pipeline
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and various deal stages
• Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to advance opportunities
• Capability to comprehend technical services and convey their value to clients
• Experience with CRM systems or organized sales reporting
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-reliance, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in Polish and English, with a minimum proficiency of C1.
