This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Overseeing and enhancing relationships with a current portfolio of healthcare providers and dental practices.
• Effectively communicating the app's value proposition to existing users to foster continued engagement and growth.
• Collaborating closely with healthcare providers and dental practices to identify their changing needs, comprehend their challenges, and discover ways to genuinely support their success on the platform.
• Building credibility and rapport with providers by showcasing a deep understanding of the app.
• Serving as the primary contact for users in need of assistance with navigating the app, resolving issues, and maximizing their experience on the platform.
• Assisting in filling new and urgent shifts within your designated markets.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Experience in texting, emailing, and conversing with English-speaking clients and prospects.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• A computer workstation (either laptop or desktop).
• Located outside of the US or Canada.
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
