This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a coordination link between sales, client-facing teams, and the Audience Solutions data engineering team, ensuring that segment requests are submitted with all necessary information and monitored until delivery.

• Take ownership of the intake documentation for incoming audience requests, collecting segment specifications, client deadlines, distribution targets, and data methodology requirements.

• Oversee the AS project queue: monitor ticket status, identify blockers, and provide timeline updates to commercial stakeholders.

• Aid in producing client-facing deliverables, such as segment availability confirmations, match test results, and audience performance summaries.

• Assist in the upkeep of the Audience Solutions segment catalog, ensuring naming conventions, CPM tiers, and vertical classifications are current and precise.

• Support leadership in QBR preparation, client reporting, and prioritization assessments.

• Act as the primary contact for incoming AS requests from internal sales teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, media operations, ad tech, or a related field.

• Excellent written communication and project coordination abilities.

• Comfortable working with data-adjacent tools (project management platforms, CRMs, spreadsheets, or similar).

• Capability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with audience segmentation, programmatic advertising, or data marketplaces is advantageous.
