• Cultivate professional relationships with clients
• Advise clients on enhancing their dealership's online visibility
• Sustain customer relationships while promoting additional services
• Effectively communicate the range of services provided
• Analyze and interpret statistical data
• Conduct Monthly Reporting Calls with Clients
• Oversee assigned accounts with a focus on revenue enhancement
• Evaluate and monitor website and marketing services
• Advocate for and assist with additional marketing and website services
• Address incoming customer feedback and offer solutions
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities
• Adaptable, Energetic, and a Team Player
• Capability to type at least 45 words per minute
• Proficient in multitasking efficiently
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic knowledge of Google Apps
• Strong technical skills and a quick learner
