This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships from onboarding to renewal, ensuring their adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by offering strategic recommendations that align influencer programs with the business objectives of customers.
• Conduct strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports, providing insights that inform future strategies.
• Supervise the delivery of influencer campaigns from kickoff to reporting, ensuring content quality, timely execution, and alignment with KPIs.
• Collaborate with customers on post-sale strategies, sharing best practices and actionable insights for performance optimization.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables meticulously, offering transparent updates and proactive issue resolution.
• Project manage campaigns by assigning executional tasks to Coordinators/Co-Ops, while also acting as a mentor and coach.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Advocate for the customer and influencer voice internally, escalating insights and feedback to inform platform and service enhancements.
• Evaluate campaign performance data to produce actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.
• Recognize risks and opportunities early on, providing proactive solutions to enhance results.
• 5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media; a background in agency or paid media is preferred.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations that align with client business goals.
• Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation abilities.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable steps.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching junior team members.
• High integrity, empathy, and a strong customer-first approach.
• Proficient with influencer or marketing platforms; ability to quickly become an expert in the Later Influence™ platform.
