Account Manager, Commercial Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client accounts within our captive line of business.

• Assist Producers and Captive Program Leaders with both new and renewal business, which includes the creation of proposals, quotes, renewal documents, and precise policy and program paperwork.

• Handle daily captive account service requirements, such as certificates, endorsements, audits, policy modifications, billing questions, and other client or program-related inquiries, while collaborating with carriers, captive managers, and internal teams as necessary.

• Provide a high standard of proactive, responsive, and professional service by fostering strong client relationships, conveying program specifications and critical deadlines, and ensuring prompt follow-up on account necessities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Property & Casualty license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance service.

• Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, markets, and underwriting processes.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and client service abilities.

• Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) are preferred.

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred, though not essential.
