This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a part of the Client Success team, taking charge of post-sale account management for both new and existing growth accounts.
• Provide exceptional, turnkey client experiences from initiation to completion.
• Contribute to client retention, uncover growth opportunities, and assist in media planning initiatives.
• Act as a reliable partner for clients who are new to Axios, ensuring they feel secure and supported.
• Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns across the Axios product suite.
• Track campaign performance and delivery to guarantee that campaigns are aligning with client and revenue objectives.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in digital campaign planning and execution within a publisher or agency setting.
• Agile and capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines and surpassing client expectations.
• Responsible for creating media strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Axios products and effectively present them to fulfill client needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in the Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Previous experience in account management, customer support, media planning, digital marketing, ad operations, or business development is advantageous.
