• Cultivate, nurture, and expand a key client relationship.
• Comprehend client business objectives, brand strategies, target audiences, and commercial challenges.
• Assist in the creation of annual plans, campaign frameworks, and strategic/creative proposals, with the capability to draft and design engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
• Confidently present ideas, proposals, and strategic suggestions to client stakeholders.
• Aid in establishing KPIs, measurement structures, and thorough campaign assessments.
• Oversee the complete execution of campaigns and live events.
• Project manage by identifying key milestones and reporting schedules.
• Collaborate effectively with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Operations teams on an international scale.
• Manage relationships with rights holders, talent, venues, and essential delivery partners.
• Ensure precise tracking of project finances, reporting, and scope of work development.
• Maintain a constructive and professional rapport with both internal colleagues and external clients.
• Assist THE·TEAM Global teams with client projects and new business ventures.
• Help position THE·TEAM's activation capabilities in the market, reinforcing our global leadership.
• Proficiency in German and English at a business competency level is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of agency account management experience.
• Experience in Social Media, Content, and Creator Marketing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with student marketing and a working knowledge of the German university system is preferred.
• A keen interest in innovative technologies.
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate ideas into PowerPoint and other presentation formats to convey a visually engaging narrative.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing clients and supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Commercially aware.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while prioritizing effectively.
• High level of initiative with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, combined with creativity to effectively build client brands.
• Open-mindedness to thoroughly explore all ideas and suggestions.
