• Identify and seize sales opportunities effectively.
• Establish, nurture, and uphold business and client relationships.
• Develop strategic initiatives for POC Sales opportunities.
• Implement sales, marketing, and national account programs as per management directives.
• Cultivate and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to ensure competitiveness.
• Contribute to regional growth by aligning with the objectives and goals of Account Representatives.
• Provide technical expertise to assist with the management of complex sales.
• Achieve set sales goals and objectives while adhering to territory budget constraints.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the sales performance of distributor sales forces within the designated territory.
• Train and develop these sales forces to ensure effective representation of Abbott’s products in the market.
• Support distribution partners in product sales through training, sales meetings, technical expertise, and marketing assistance for both Abbott’s product lines and private branded offerings.
• Serve as a resource for contract negotiations, pricing, proposal preparation, bidding, and customer follow-up.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and sales-related challenges.
• BA/BS degree in sales, marketing, business management, or life sciences.
• Over 4 years of experience in medical diagnostics or business-to-business sales.
• Proficient understanding and experience collaborating with Distribution Partners.
• Strong grasp of sales techniques and methodologies.
• Proven track record in executing effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrated success in POC/Capital Equipment sales.
