This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise and enhance the overall customer satisfaction and profitability for assigned clients.
• Execute and oversee the successful implementation of customer programs, which include communication strategies, customer training, issue resolution, and utilization reporting.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of clients' business operations, human capital, and benefits concerns.
• Retain and expand your portfolio by achieving customer satisfaction ratings and recognizing upselling opportunities.
• Utilize independent judgment to assess customer needs, identify service gaps, and propose suitable solutions to improve overall customer experience and engagement.
• Handle complex customer issues and escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams and using independent judgment to find solutions that balance customer needs with internal considerations.
• Effectively position ComPsych's value proposition by offering beneficial solutions that cater to your clients' requirements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and team members.
• Identify and promote process improvements, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiencies to enhance overall service delivery.
• Travel as necessary to engage with new and existing clients (approximately 25% travel required).
• A minimum of 2 years of account management experience is required.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare, or human resources-related services is advantageous.
• A proven history of successfully selling additional service lines to existing clients.
• A stable work history is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with new and existing clients and for the Annual Kick-Off.
• A self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
