• Employing solution selling, territory management, and business planning skills to optimize sales performance.
• Achieving overall sales targets (quota) within designated regions.
• Introducing new products and generating leads for new equipment.
• Developing relationships with key hospitals and personnel to ensure access within accounts.
• Implementing a Territory Business Plan / Resource Allocation and maximizing ROI through field activities.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is mandatory.
• 3-10 years of proven and successful consultative sales experience.
• Experience in Animal Health and a solid understanding of small animal veterinary medicine.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
