This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.

• Establish and nurture robust, lasting relationships with clients.

• Manage customer contracts to optimize profitability.

• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

• Ensure the prompt and effective delivery of our solutions in alignment with customer requirements and objectives.

• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify areas for business growth with existing clients and work to meet sales targets.

• Monitor and report on key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

• Prepare status reports on accounts.

• Collaborate with the sales team to discover and expand opportunities within your territory.

• Provide assistance with challenging client requests or escalated issues as required.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in roles such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar positions.

• Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives and C-suite.

• Strong familiarity with CRM software (such as HubSpot or comparable) and Google Suite.

• Experience in delivering solutions that focus on client needs.

• Established ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
