• Establish and nurture long-term, positive connections with clients, brokers, and vendor partners.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and daily management of wellness programs aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct regular strategy and review calls with clients and brokers.
• Lead or assist in client renewal discussions and planning initiatives.
• Identify and promote opportunities for program growth, upselling, or cross-selling.
• Tailor wellness platforms and provide virtual or on-site demonstrations as required.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Department to create and distribute marketing and educational materials to enhance engagement.
• Track participation metrics and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Produce and analyze program utilization and performance reports.
• Raise risks or challenges to facilitate prompt resolution.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices through continuous training.
• Occasionally travel for client meetings, health fairs, or on-site visits (up to 10%).
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer service, ideally in health and wellness, benefits, or corporate services.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple projects, many of which are time-sensitive.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus!
