This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Achieve business objectives related to consumption and acquiring new customers.
• Organize and lead sales meetings and training sessions with Distributor (BSG) teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with local Cosmoprof stores to enhance the Wella Portfolio.
• Explore the market to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• At least 3 years of experience in business-to-business account management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage customer portfolios effectively.
• A strong interest in the beauty industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• A valid driving license and a readiness to travel 75% of the time.
