This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of client accounts, acting as an advisor on service and operations-related matters, within the defined scope of the business area.
• Contribute to organization-wide initiatives aimed at creating efficient and effective processes that enhance customer service and support strategic goals.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to formulate strategies that promote growth and retention while enhancing client relationships and satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, brokers, and consultants to identify and fulfill their needs concerning products and service offerings.
• Serve as the primary service contact to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
• Promote the benefits of programs, products, and services to encourage adoption within each account.
• Facilitate marketing initiatives related to clients.
• Work alongside Market Directors to create and manage account plans that outline strategic objectives, communication, growth, and retention strategies.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of compliance-related matters, such as applicable state and/or federal regulations or mandates relevant to the client base.
• Participate in crucial client meetings, whether in-person or virtually, including Client Partnership Review, finalist meetings, Site Visits, and other events as required by the client.
• Oversee the implementation process for client accounts to ensure adherence to requirements and performance standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to address specific client needs.
• Manage client contracts, compliance, and associated activities (contracts, evidence of coverage, summary plan descriptions, etc.).
• Jointly manage communication strategies and the distribution of materials for clients and members.
• Accountable for compiling and distributing reports.
• Interpret reporting requirements and effectively present those reports to clients.
• Proactively monitor clients for potential issues.
• Elevate client concerns to the relevant business partners and drive solutions as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and/or client service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external partners.
• Experience in participating in client-related project teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous account implementations, as well as client, broker, and consultant requests.
• Capability to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, products, services, processes, competitive landscape, and overall business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change and function effectively within an agile environment.
• Proven skills in problem identification and resolution.
• Familiarity with insurance platform technologies.
• Eligibility for bonuses and commissions.
