• Serve as the primary liaison for all daily client communications and oversight.
• Prepare agendas, facilitate weekly meetings, and monitor action items for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about the latest business initiatives related to the Vetcove product and effectively convey these initiatives to clients.
• Manage projects involving catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts.
• Evaluate account performance and develop presentations to provide performance updates and highlight optimization opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams regarding client feedback, bug identification, and resolutions.
• Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to facilitate the onboarding of new acquisition clinics.
• Foster corporate relationships to enhance affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in account management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
• Excellent skills in time and process management.
• Proven experience in creating client-facing reports that include actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Interest in building client relationships and a willingness to travel for client-facing events.
• A strong eagerness to learn and shape an emerging role in a rapidly expanding and dynamic startup environment.
