This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients, comprehending their needs and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, offer product updates, and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within the formwork sector through strategic customer acquisition and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue objectives and broaden market share.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively inform and sell to clients.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and quotes based on client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve issues.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Required experience in concrete construction.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the construction or formwork sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-driven with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
