This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients, gaining insight into their needs and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Perform regular check-ins, offer product updates, and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the formwork sector by strategically acquiring customers and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue goals and increasing market share.
• Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our formwork and shoring products to effectively educate and sell to clients.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Create tailored proposals and quotes based on the specific needs of clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any issues.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience in concrete construction is essential.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the construction or formwork industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
