This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Foster and enhance relationships with key large clients; assigned to various named customers.
• Accountable for meeting sales targets and fulfilling designated strategic account goals.
• Represent the complete array of Workplace services to the assigned clientele.
• Oversee the customer account planning process, ensuring that the needs and expectations of assigned customers are met by the organization.
• Build effective, professional relationships with key personnel in designated customer accounts.
• Coordinate the participation of company staff, including support, service, and management resources, to achieve account performance goals and meet customer expectations.
• Achieve designated targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
• Proactively guide a collaborative company-strategic account planning process that sets mutual performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones for one and three-year horizons.
• Continuously evaluate, clarify, and validate customer needs.
• Lead the development of solutions that effectively address customer requirements, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
• Meet assigned sales quotas in specified strategic accounts.
• Fulfill profitability expectations as outlined.
• Achieve strategic customer goals established by company leadership.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction that align with company standards.
• Complete necessary training and development objectives within the designated time frame.
• Collect, prepare, and present quarterly service and volume reports to customer accounts and Suddath service partners.
• Introduce new Suddath programs to existing clients.
• Estimate and present special project proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years of relevant experience and/or training in strategic B2B sales; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Capacity to prioritize and adjust tasks as situations and needs evolve throughout the workday.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize workflow to handle daily responsibilities, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Capability to work under time constraints and specific deadlines.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in leading large corporate meetings with clients.
• Willingness to travel as required.
