This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Provide outstanding service to clients, which includes timely responses to inquiries, assessment of plan performance, regular review meetings, and the application of innovative strategies as needed.
• Oversee the renewal process for different types of coverage, ensuring that all necessary reporting is completed and sent to relevant parties at least 90 days prior to the client's renewal date.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all information related to client renewals or mid-year adjustments.
• Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with clients and/or brokers to offer Open Enrollment assistance and engage in collaborative renewal discussions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly responsive to client inquiries.
• Capable of creating and presenting presentations in group environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust-based relationships with clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving and cost-analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining professionalism in both language and behavior.
