Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance relationships with EMS agencies, fire departments, police departments, and other public safety entities within your designated area.

• Offer product insights, demonstrations, and pricing assistance that align with the urgency and accuracy required in the field.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that every customer feels acknowledged, supported, and valued.

• Act as a representative for Bound Tree at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, positioning yourself as a trusted voice within the community.

• Background in EMS, fire, or pre-hospital care, or a proven history in outside B2B sales.

• Capacity to engage with individuals who are deeply committed to public safety.

• A growth-oriented mindset focused on service and making a meaningful impact.

• Ability to distill complex product information and present it effectively to varied audiences.
