• Identifies and develops sales opportunities for Sandvik Mining product lines within the designated territory and/or assigned customer accounts.
• Evaluates the total potential of customers regarding SMR products.
• Conducts opportunity analysis for each customer and site.
• Serves as the primary contact for the account and coordinates with relevant personnel for effective communication.
• Provides feedback to product factories to enhance the product offering.
• Creates a sales and service strategy for the assigned territory or designated customers.
• Keeps precise customer records as mandated by the company.
• Assists with physical inventory counts as needed, particularly with consignment stocks.
• A degree (or a two-year college diploma) in Business, Marketing, or a Technical Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent practical technical knowledge/expertise.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered a valuable asset (both spoken and written).
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a comprehensive team.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and proven initiative are essential.
• Capacity to understand customer business processes and dealer management support services.
• Strong customer relations and active listening skills.
• Highly developed time management and organizational abilities.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to visualize customer application processes to provide equipment recommendations.
• Proficient computer skills with experience in inventory and sales management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and capacity to travel up to 25% of the time.
• A valid Passport.
