This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and designated clients.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with essential stakeholders.
• Comprehend client requirements and goals to ensure that products or services align with their expectations.
• Track account performance and guarantee the timely provision of solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance revenue.
• Create and present client reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure client success.
• Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively to uphold trust.
• Keep accurate records of account activities and communications.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
• At least 5 years of experience in transportation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience specifically in transportation, particularly final mile.
• Project management abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
