This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
β’ Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
β’ Assist customers in maximizing the value derived from the PAR Retail platform through consultative advice and strategic suggestions.
β’ Advocate for customer objectives within the organization and ensure coherence among partner teams.
β’ Provide data-informed insights and recommendations that align with customer goals.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer relationships.
β’ Track progress against customer initiatives and strategic objectives.
β’ A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or customer success is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with technology, software, SaaS, or similar industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
β’ A keen interest in customer engagement, customer experience, loyalty, or digital program strategy is essential.
