Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between Orca Bio and our Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs).

• Develop and maintain crucial relationships, facilitating treatment site readiness and implementation.

• Promote the appropriate utilization of Orca Bio’s approved therapies.

• Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for treatment sites, physicians, and other healthcare stakeholders.

• Must reside in the designated territory and be willing to travel up to 50%, depending on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required; an advanced degree in a scientific or business discipline is preferred.

• At least 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors, ideally in cell therapy.

• Demonstrated success in account management, preferably within oncology, hematology, or cell therapy.

• Strong operational knowledge of academic medical centers and/or bone marrow transplant (BMT) centers.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in hematology/oncology or bone marrow transplantation, ideally in account management.

• Prior experience in launching or supporting cell or gene therapy products.

• Understanding of site operations, patient access pathways, and clinical treatment logistics.

• Previous experience collaborating within cross-functional, field-based teams.
