This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Act as a primary client partner for international publication projects.

• Oversee the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations for congresses from initial planning to final submission.

• Supervise timelines, budgets, and workflows to achieve outstanding results.

• Work closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to create precise and engaging scientific communications.

• Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic publication plans that align with clinical milestones.

• Guarantee compliance with ICMJE, GPP, and journal/congress guidelines.

• Play a role in fostering organic account growth and identifying new business opportunities.

• A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in life sciences; an advanced degree is a plus).

• Experience in medical communications with an emphasis on publications.

• Demonstrated experience in managing manuscripts and deliverables for congresses.

• Strong skills in project management and financial oversight.

• Confident communicator with clients and exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., iEnvision) is a plus.
